Drilling Machine

Machine Structure: 
1)Worktable:The bed is an integral casting, which is finished after secondary annealing and vibration aging treatment. It has good dynamic and static rigidity and does not deform.
2)Moving gantry: The movement of the gantry is realized by the servo motor driving the ball screw mother to rotate on the ball screw through a precision coupling.
3)Moving sliding saddle: can realize the action of fast forward, industrial advance, fast retreat and stop of the power head. Chip breaking, chip removing, pause function.
4)Drilling power head(Spindle): Spindle end is BT50 tapered hole, equipped with Rotorfoss high-speed rotary joint from Italy,which can use high-speed U drill (violent drill) and core drill bit to discharge water.The spindle center water outlet function can improve the cutting efficiency, realize deep hole processing and protect the tool to reduce the use cost.
5)Automatic lubrication device and protective device: This machine tool is equipped with Taiwan's original volumetric partial pressure automatic lubrication device, which can automatically lubricate the motion pairs such as guide rails, lead screws, racks, etc., and there is no dead angle to ensure the service life of the machine tool.
6)CNC Control System: With chip breaking function, With the tool lifting function, the operation interface has functions such as man-machine dialogue, error compensation, and automatic alarm.
